I’m Carol, a Cognitive Behavioural Therapist (CBT) offering remote therapy through a warm, collaborative space for people experiencing anxiety, stress, low mood, OCD, and other emotional difficulties. I support adults and students navigating life changes, study pressure, and the challenges of living away from home. My approach is grounded in compassion and practical tools that support real, lasting change.
HOW I WORK
Before We Begin
Before our first session, you'll complete a short intake form so I can understand your background and what brings you to therapy.
Sessions format

50‑minute sessions

£85 per session

£65 for students and concessions. Use the coupon "STUDENT", only when booking for a single session

Booking & Cancellations

Payment is taken at the time of booking

You can reschedule anytime up to 24 hours before your session

Cancellations or missed sessions with less than 48 hours’ notice are charged at the full fee.

IS REMOTE THERAPY EFFECTIVE ?
Remote therapy is widely used across the NHS and private practice, and many people find it just as effective as in‑person work. It offers flexibility, comfort, and accessibility, allowing you to attend sessions from a space where you feel safe and settled. The therapeutic relationship and the work we do together remain at the heart of the process.
